Core charges, if any, are refunded after the used core is returned in acceptable condition.
If problems with your order arise
If before installation it turns out that the item is damaged, differs from the one ordered, or the order is incomplete, write to us and we'll work with the seller to resolve it.
Send us your order number and photos of the item and its packaging.
Return shipping is arranged according to the seller's terms.
We reply to return requests by email and keep you updated until the case is closed.
Problems with the item arose during use or installation
Problems that appear during use or installation may be caused by a defect, operating conditions or improper installation. Such cases are reviewed with the seller and, where needed, the manufacturer under their warranty terms.
If a defect is discovered after installing the parts, you must provide a work order for installing the spare part with a detailed description of the defect found in the work order recommendations (for electronics — the error CODE). Required information in the work order: date, VIN, mileage, type of work, and the part number and brand of the part used.
- Write to us with your order number, a description of the problem and the installation work order.
- If the seller asks for the item, return it as instructed.
- The seller or the manufacturer decides on a refund or replacement after examining the item.
