If problems with your order arise
If before use it turns out that the item is damaged, differs from the one ordered, has lost its consumer properties, or the order was delivered incomplete, we'll make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

As a rule, a courier will collect the defective item from you. If there are no couriers in your region, a manager will help arrange the return the same way you received it, at our expense.
A return decision is made within 2 business days. In 95% of cases we'll refund the money or exchange the item without waiting for the store to receive the return.
Problems with the item arose during use or installation
Problems with an item may be caused by low quality, operating conditions, or improper installation. It's possible that during installation it turned out the item doesn't suit you. Such problems are handled by the experts of the claims department. If a qualified decision can't be made within the online store, we turn to the manufacturer or its representative.
If a defect is discovered after installing the parts, you must provide a work order for installing the spare part with a detailed description of the defect found in the work order recommendations (for electronics — the error CODE). Required information in the work order: date, VIN, mileage, type of work, and the part number and brand of the part used.
